We first started out by founding Commonwealth Landcare Inc., a lawn maintenance and irrigation company that beautifies the homes of Richmond, VA residents.

After spending several years running this business, we noticed a constant need to repair our equipment when it broke down.

By filling that gap in the industry with becoming a small engine repair service for both home and small business owners, we’ve established a reliable solution to their equipment malfunctions.

After acquiring the Mountain Road Market & Bakery in Montpelier, VA, we set out to establish Commonwealth Repairs Inc. and have been fixing small engines ever since. Our small engine repair shop is dedicated to restoring your machinery and getting you the best value possible out of it.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It's been over 6 months since I've had my generator repaired and although I rarely do reviews I felt the need to do this one.

My generator was not working during a bout of extremely bad winter weather and I called to see if I could bring it in and leave it with them to diagnose and repair.  They told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it.

Despite the fact that I didn't expect it to be looked at right away I was elated when they started working on it right away.  Within a few hours the issue was identified and fixed.

This company works hard to ensure that they provide good service and does what they say they will do.  After over six months the generator is still running strong.

A well deserved rating of 5 stars.
